Return and Exchange

Thank you for shopping with TechBond.lk. We aim to provide high‑quality products and reliable after‑sales support. If you experience an issue with a product you purchased from us, you may submit it for a warranty evaluation. After inspection by our technical team, we will proceed with an exchange or issue a credit note if applicable. Please review the following terms carefully:

✅ Warranty Processing Time

Warranty evaluations typically require 3–7 working days.

✅ Warranty Coverage

Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects identified and confirmed by our technical team.

❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

- Physical damage, impact damage, or burn marks (internal or external)
- Swollen batteries caused by misuse, improper charging, or overcharging
- Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to liquids
- Tampering, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Products missing or with a tampered/removed TechBond.lk warranty label

A device-to-device replacement will be approved only if a clear manufacturing defect is established.

❌ Non-Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

- Change of mind
- Wrong product/device ordered
- Preference for a different model or color
- Any non-warranty-related dissatisfaction

All decisions taken by TechBond.lk management are final.

✅ If a Manufacturing Defect Is Confirmed

TechBond.lk may proceed with one of the following options:

- Repair the product
- Replace it with a new or equivalent item
- Issue a credit note usable for future purchases
(Decision depends on product availability, market conditions, and technical approval)

Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

⏳ Collection Duration

Customers must collect their replacement or repaired product within 1 month from the date of notification.
Items not collected within this period will no longer be eligible for warranty claims.

- Electronics purchased on or after September 1, 2025:
✅ 1-Year Warranty
- Electronics purchased before September 1, 2025:
✅ 6-Month Warranty (existing policy continues)
